Hello! I have been designing wedding invitations for 15 years but I have been a graphic designer for over 32 years. I have a passion for design and love spending each day creating something new.
I primarily work with couples in the New England area, but have been known to take on clients all over the Mid-Atlantic region, and even in places like Iowa, Texas, and sunny California! Creating each one-of-a-kind suite is so fulfilling to me - I don’t consider what I do a J-O-B… I knew at a young age that I was creative and talented and I consider myself lucky to get to do what I love every day.
I am the mother of the three handsome men you see in the photo below, along with my two gorgeous daughter-in-laws, and my first granddaughter born in 2019! Besides designing, I love music, photography, shopping, football, Prosecco, anything that sparkles, Christmas, and spending time with my big, fat Greek family (but definitely not in that order). And in the Summer of 2021 my life long dream of living full time on Cape Cod came true.
It all started. . .
After being a stay-at-home mom for over 20 years, and losing my husband to cancer in 2009, I knew I had to start making a living somehow. I had a friend who asked if I could create wedding invitations for her sons wedding. I thought “Sure, why not!” … I mean, how hard could it be? Fast forward about 6 months, and my mom was in her hygienist chair who was talking about how she needed help with invitations. Let’s just say, this is where “the rest is history” comes in. I dove in with both feet, learned as much about the wedding industry as I could, and here I am, starting my 14th wedding season, with over 475 invitations designed, endless save the dates, place cards, menus, and a variety of other stationery items.
I am living my best life with my boyfriend - who just happens to be my senior prom date I reconnected with after 32 years. We now have a blended family of 12 humans and 5 pups.
And then…
Our world was brought to a halt in March 2020 when the world was suddenly hit with a devastating pandemic. This thing called Covid-19 became more than any of us ever dreamed it would. Among other things in life, weddings were a major sacrifice for so many couples. I know the pain, anxiety and stress you all felt because my own son and his fiancé were planning their wedding as well for 2 years! But we made the best of the situation and they were still legally married on their date, even though our huge family was not in attendance, but love won and the celebration took pace in 2021!
